A Career That Truly Makes a Difference
There are very few jobs where you can genuinely say that you changed someone's day, their week, or even their life. Working in home care is one of them. Every day, our care workers walk into someone's home and make it a better place, through the care they provide, the companionship they offer, and the dignity they preserve.
If you are looking for more than just a job, if you want a career with purpose, meaning, and the satisfaction of knowing that what you do matters, then OliveCross Healthcare could be the place for you.
Why OliveCross Healthcare is a Great Place to Work

We recognise the value and importance of the work you do, and our pay rates reflect that. We also pay for travel time between visits and reimburse mileage, because your time matters.
Whether you are experienced or completely new to care, we provide all the training you need to succeed. Every new starter receives a full induction, the Care Certificate, and specialist training. You will never be sent to a call without the skills and confidence to deliver excellent care.
We actively promote from within. Many of our senior team members started as care workers and progressed through supervision, mentoring, and leadership development. We can support you to achieve care qualifications at NVQ Level 2, Level 3, and beyond.
We understand that you have a life outside of work. We offer flexible working patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and school-hours-only options, so you can find a schedule that works for your circumstances.
Unlike most domiciliary care agencies, our Registered Manager is an NMC-registered nurse. This means you benefit from clinical expertise and mentorship that will enhance your skills and make you a better care professional.
Our secure digital care management platform makes your job easier by replacing mountains of paperwork with a simple, intuitive app. You can access care plans, record visits, and flag concerns from your phone.
Our management team is approachable, hands-on, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing. We hold regular team meetings, provide one-to-one supervision, and maintain an open-door policy for support and guidance.
We celebrate the achievements of our team. From personal thank-you messages to employee recognition initiatives, we make sure you know that your hard work is seen, valued, and appreciated.
